Each band applies to the seats inside it, so a 60 seat team pays list price for the first 10 and the discount on the rest. Volume pricing starts above the Starter seat cap, on Pro and Enterprise.

How does the free trial work?
Starting a trial takes no card, so nothing can be charged. You get full functionality while it runs. WhatsApp, SMS and portal feeds need your own provider credentials and stay disabled until billing starts. Enterprise pilots are arranged with us rather than started online.
Why per agent and not a flat fee?
A solo agent should not pay the same as a 50 person brokerage. Per seat scales with your team, and volume discounts apply automatically above 10 seats: 10 percent from 11, 20 percent from 51, and 30 percent from 201.
What does bring your own credentials mean for WhatsApp and SMS?
You create your own Meta WhatsApp Business app, or your own Twilio account, and a setup wizard wires it into the CRM. You pay the messaging fees directly to Meta or your SMS provider at cost, not marked up. We never sit in the middle of your messaging spend.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades are prorated and applied immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. 15 percent off any plan when paid annually, available in the billing portal once you start a subscription.
Where is my data stored?
On managed Postgres in the EU today, with a planned move to the AWS me-central-1 (UAE) region. Encrypted in transit, isolated per tenant with row level security in the database as well as scoping in the application, and backed up by the platform. The privacy policy lists the current locations and every sub-processor.
